Pre‐Delivery Inspection (PDI)

Prior to closing, you will be contacted by Glen Rouge Homes to schedule your Pre‐Delivery Inspection (PDI). At the PDI, one of our experienced Customer Care Representatives will guide you through your home, explain how it works and provide information on how to get the most out of your new home. This inspection will take approximately 2 hours.

Homeowner’s Manual

At the end of the PDI you will be provided with your Homeowner’s Manual. This important binder contains everything you need to know about your home including product/equipment information, warranties and, most importantly, your emergency contact numbers.

New Home Warranty

Glen Rouge Homes provides a comprehensive new home warranty coverage that is guaranteed by Tarion. Warranty coverage begins on the date of possession of your home, and remains in effect until the end of the warranty period, even if the home is sold before the warranty expires.

At the PDI, our Customer Care Representative will provide you with information on your new home warranty and how to complete Tarion’s warranty forms. Please go to www.tarion.com for more information.
